This program is both income- and rent-restricted, ensuring that hardworking individuals can live in the communities where they work.

Our community proudly accepts Housing Choice Voucher holders and operates in accordance with the 2025 AMI Income Limits. As an Equal Housing Opportunity provider, we process all applications fairly and consistently. Our Essential Housing program is monitored and audited by TDHCA.

• Find the total number of occupants: Look at the chart’s “Total Occupants” column to find the number that matches your household size, including those under 18 years of age.
• Check your income: Using the “Household Member” column, locate the annual income closest to, but larger than, your household’s gross annual income.
